This patented system can be utilized in both stand-alone or fixed modes. Doors are of a standard 36"x80" size. The door system is available with a free-standing kit and provisions for mounting into structures of opportunity.
The freestanding kit allows the door to be placed and anchored as desired. The door system can easily be transported, carried, and erected by 2 individuals in a matter of minutes. This is ideal for onsite training at locations of opportunity.
Every Pry Door comes complete with a standard
36"x80" door and frame with provisions for mounting in existing frames, doorways, or live fire house without the use of the free-standing kit.
Never buy another door! The BTI Pry Door is reusable and damage proof. By utilizing a patented pin that fails during the breach in conjunction with a low cost replaceable wood jamb piece "wood insert", rather than the door, training now only costs dollars per breach. Please note, for best performance wood inserts should be stored in a dry place. The system can be reloaded for the next breach in a matter of seconds.
Best of all, the door has been engineered to replicate the forces normally found during breaching of actual doors. No more guessing on rigged systems.

The Pry Breaching Door provides two tactical scenarios with 1 to 3 lock simulations in each:
- Locked wood frame door
- Locked steel frame door
|
Although fortified or "unbreachable" pins are utilized with our other products, these type pins are not recommended for use with the Pry Door.
The Pry Door utilizes a low-cost replaceable wood jamb piece into which a Halligan or similar tool is driven. Cost effective training is now available for the most difficult and dangerous breaches.

The Pry Breaching Door patented system utilizes pins that are engineered to break at forces replicating those exhibited in real breaching situations.
Through extensive testing of real doors in breaching situations, the BTI Pins are able to replicate those forces found when breaching reinforced, metal, and wood type door/frame structures.
In addition to replicating the lock resistance in each of these door material situations, the BTI Pry Breaching Door also allows the user to vary the number of locksets within the door. One to three locksets can be simulated in each of the wood or metal frame scenarios. This is the only system that allows and replicates realistic training for these 6 combinations.
